Jersavia – Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to Jersavia! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from Jersavia, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in INR and may be subject to taxes or additional charges. We accept payments through Net banking, Cards, UPI and Wallets securely.

3. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping will be processed within 7 days of order, delivery is expected to be done by 10 days. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery if items are unused and in original packaging. Customized or personalized jerseys are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours after pick-up. Sale items and special promotions may be non-refundable.

6. We guarantee high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

7. All images, logos, and content on Jersavia are the property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. We collect customer information solely for order fulfillment and personalized experiences. Payment details are processed securely and never stored. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

9. Jersavia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use. We reserve the right to update prices, policies, and products at any time.
